Extraman decided to add additional facilities for their candidates and the AXiOM JobSeeker application was chosen to meet their needs of enabling candidates to register for work online and search and apply for jobs.

In February specialist Industrial Recruitment Agency Extraman launched their new website.  The website was been redesigned to better service the needs of their customers and candidates.   As part of the revamp of their website Extraman decided to add additional facilities for their candidates and the AXiOM JobSeeker application was chosen to meet their needs of enabling candidates to register for work online and search and apply for jobs.

Extraman are expecting that the use of the AXiOM JobSeeker application will provide them with substantial savings in both money and time by enabling them to be more responsive to their candidates needs.  By providing online registration facilities Candidates are able to submit their registration details in their own time as they are not always able to visit one of Extraman’s offices in business hours.  It also enables Candidates to take responsibility for their own information.  The quality of information captured and recorded is much higher than through a traditional  registration  process and  decreases  the turnaround time in finding the candidate a suitable role.  

Whilst it is still early days Extraman believe the decision to implement the AXiOM JobSeeker application is already reaping rewards.  Since going live  over 600  candidates have registered online and  approximately 200  job applications have been received.
