Dialog Information Technology and Jade Software Corporation (JSC) have joined forces through the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that describes a range of business activities in which the relative strengths of each organisation will be drawn on to promote, deliver and support Jade’s products.

In establishing this MOU it is JSC’s and Dialog’s intention to work together to gain an increased market share for the Jade products and for Dialog to become a major provider of Jade related administration, development and support services, thereby ensuring the clients’ confidence in the long term viability of the Jade products is matched by an appropriate level of services capability in the marketplace.

For over three years Dialog has delivered specialist services to the Northern Territory Department of Health and Community Services (DHCS), a site in which JSC has a major installation of its health solutions and IT services platform. Dialog has developed the capability to write and support JADE code and has also extensive experience in specifying, developing and deploying reports to meet the management information requirements of the DHCS. Dialog’s delivery has also included complex and performance critical Jade Data Base Administration. More recently Dialog has also supplied services supporting the Jade Coordinated Care product to Moreland Health in Melbourne, Victoria.

This experience, combined with Dialog’s extensive presence throughout Australia and its staff numbers of over 400, provides a strong and viable capability on which Jade product users, both existing and new, can draw with confidence.

Dialog’s Jade product experience and its continuous training and recruitment activities in conjunction with the invaluable high level technical product and application support given to Dialog by JSC ensure the continued supply of the level of Jade skills required to ensure the 100% systems availability demanded in the Health sector.
