Dialog Information Technology

CITEC is the primary technology service provider for the Queensland Government delivering both whole of government and agency specific ICT services. CITEC's range of ICT services include: data centre services, infrastructure services, network services, solutions integration services and information brokerage services.

Dialog presented our "Managed Services" approach to CITEC at the beginning of July, within three weeks of that presentation Dialog received our first request to provide a such a team.

The team's obligation is to assist CITEC by delivering a key component for a large scale software development project to the Queensland Government; completion is scheduled for June 2008.

The team includes project managers, business analysts, Java developers, testing people.

This is the first time CITEC has engaged with a service provider via a managed team approach. Dialog's approach is seen by CITEC (and the Queensland Government) as innovative.

For Brisbane, this latest success builds upon Dialog's highly successful work with Mincom, Environmental Protection Agency, Queensland Water and Queensland Health.
