Our implementation capability includes system roll out, end user training, user documentation and change management. Dialog's Post-Implementation Review Methodology delivers two reports: a Post-Implementation Report and a Corrective Actions Report. Key areas reviewed in partnership with our clients include:
System & Infrastructure Support Where required, Dialog's Support capability also includes managing our clients' ongoing relationship with hardware, networking, operating software and application software suppliers. This includes managing all licensing and maintenance requirements, such as the procurement and implementation of upgrades, as well as undertaking any modification needs. Application Support The Response Centre is operated by Dialog professionals and offers post-implementation support services to all Dialog clients - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |
