Dialog is a member of the CSC consortium that successfully secured a position on the Application Service Provider panel contract recently let by Centrelink.  Other team members include BearingPoint, a global management consulting firm.
Through the panel, Dialog has been selected to assist Centrelink on two projects:

1. Review of Centrelink's Delivery of National SAS Services.  Accountability for the delivery of SAS services has now been centralised, and Dialog was engaged to review and advise on how to improve coordination of SAS Services
2. Improved Management Information Capability.  Dialog has partnered with BearingPoint and CSC to build a team to identify possible impacts/risks and to deliver recommendations (including a migration strategy) to  assist Centrelink to improve its data quality. 

In addition to the above, Dialog (through CSC) has been selected to assist Centrelink with the redevelopment of the systems related to the new Welfare-to-Work legislation.  It is anticipated that Dialog will call upon a large team from our various offices around the country will be providing business analysis and then development services over the next 3-6 months.
