Dialog has entered into a joint venture with Dyncorp Australia to address desktop and server management outsourcing opportunities in the defence, mining, oil and gas industries in Australia and Asia.

The joint venture will be focussed on providing a standards compliant approach to the delivery of the services. In particular the use of ITIL based processes will a cornerstone of producing reliable and cost effective IT infrastructure services.
