Dialog, through its Development and Support Centres located within Telstra offices in Brisbane and Melbourne, continues to provide services to Telstra, further building on a successful long term relationship. Dialog currently provides support for over 30 applications and also provides DBA and Platform Management Support Services.

In addition, Dialog provides application and operational support for the Network Decision Support Database (NDSD - Telstra’s Network Data Warehouse) which is primarily used by Network Planners. The NDSD has 124 active interfaces to other operational support systems and manages in excess of 500 GBytes of data.

These support activities provide a solid foundation for the delivery of significant development services that have resulted in many new applications utilising the latest technologies. From a resource perspective, the support / development split is about 50/50.

There is a significant team of Dialog consultants working at both Telstra sites based in Brisbane and Melbourne. As a direct result of the quality of services already provided and the increasing demand at Telstra, this substantial team is now growing and as the restructuring of Telstra comes fully on-line it is expected that further expansion of Dialog’s role for Telstra's will continue.
