- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators.

D1. Launch User Awareness campaign.
D2. Deliver full applications services as defined in the Service Level Agreement.
D3. Update system documentation.
D4. Document business processes (as necessary).
Monitor
M1. Run Standard Benchmark Test. Review results.
M2. Test Business Continuity Plan (BCP) or Disaster Recovery Plan if BCP does not exist.
M3. Perform data integrity checks.
M4. Monitor applications (including capacity and performance).
Assess
A1. Review individual performance of support team.
A2. Check user satisfaction and management satisfaction.
A3. Measure and report on performance indicators.
