Dialog wins major NT Health support contract
After an extensive procurement process, Dialog has been awarded a major Northern Territory government IT support contract.
Under a three year support contract Dialog will support 3 major health systems. The Community Care Information System (CCIS), Primary Care Information System (PCIS) and Integrated Clinical Workstations (ICW) are vital systems for the management of medical information within the Northern Territory Department of Health.
Dialog was selected because of its extensive experience in building and supporting health solutions throughout Australia.
David Bradley, Dialog Regional Manager Northern Territory said, “This contract builds on the 12 years of consecutive support we have provided to the Department of Health. The support of these systems has been reviewed and re-tendered every 3 years and Dialog has continued to successfully win each contract”.
