Dynamics 365 CRM PoC for the ACT Government
Dialog recently developed a Dynamics 365 CRM Proof of Concept (PoC) for the Community Services Directorate at ACT Government. The Community Services Directorate is responsible for a wide range of human services functions in the ACT Government including multicultural and community affairs; public and community housing services and policy; children; family support services; disability services; therapy services; the ACT Government Concessions Program and homelessness services.
Following Dialog’s successful demonstration and delivery of the PoC, which was funded by Microsoft, Dialog was asked to run a series of training workshops for the client.
