Strategy
Organisations throughout Australia, both government and corporate, have entrusted Dialog’s Senior Consultants, Application Architects and Technical Specialists with the responsibility of undertaking strategic assignments. These include IT strategy planning, preparation of business cases, IT application and technical architectures (e.g. TOGAF) and feasibility studies.
Dialog’s SAGE methodology assists Dialog consultants in undertaking these assignments. As examples, SAGE contains guidance on areas such as the use of the COBIT 5 governance and management practices (issued by ISACA).
Dialog consultants can also use SWOT analysis and tools to assist in developing complex cost benefit analyses.
