Dialog Acquires Innodev

Dialog is pleased to welcome a new company to the group after acquiring 100% of Innodev shares, a South Australian company. Innodev’s 70 staff consultants are based predominantly in Adelaide with a small team in Melbourne (www.innodev.com.au)

The company provides a broad range of management and information technology consulting services to major corporate and government clients.

Tim Browne, Innodev’s founder and Managing Director, remains on board and is excited by the expanded horizons that being part of a larger group offers. Tim will lead the combined Dialog/Innodev team in SA and will also manage a number of national initiatives.

Innodev’s application software consulting services capability will be transitioned into our Dialog Brand whilst Innodev’s testing practice will be merged into our AccessHQ's Adelaide team.

Innodev’s specialist Business Agility Coaching and Consulting team uses Agile methods and practices to help organisations transform and modernise their business operations. This team will become a nationally focused specialist group within Dialog.

The Innodev Group also includes two subsidiary companies, Innodev Indigenous Consulting and Scrum Australia, which will continue to grow and prosper under the Dialog group umbrella. Innodev Indigenous is tasked with contributing towards the growth of indigenous participation in Australia’s ICT Sector. Scrum Australia is an events company which runs the Scrum Australia Conference for the Scrum Alliance.

We welcome all of Innodev’s people into the Dialog family.
