Review
Dialog’s Project Review process, carried out either during or at the end of a project, provides an opportunity to understand the issues, concerns and challenges encountered and highlights what has gone well and what needs to be improved in future projects.
Dialog recommends that the project review is conducted by someone at “arms length” from the people involved in the project. This ensures objectivity and confidentiality while providing the team members and other stakeholders with the opportunity to be candid. A Review Report is prepared and presented to formalise the findings of the review and provide a baseline for the improvement process.
