Dialog to replace Ai Group’s business systems

After a comprehensive tendering process, Dialog has been chosen to replace the Australian Industry Group’s (Ai Group) legacy business systems with a solution built using Microsoft Business Applications.

Ai Group is an organisation committed to helping Australian industry meet the challenge of change. Its focus is on building competitive and sustainable industries through initiatives such as global integration, best practice tax and regulatory arrangements, capital development, investments in skills, improved workplace relations and innovation.

Ai Group currently operates a legacy association management system to enable core membership management operations.

The new solution will cover:

  • Traditional customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Customer data management
  • Campaign execution
  • Core financials
  • Training and events management

The decade old current solution no longer provided the functionality, performance and flexibility to meet Ai Group’s evolving needs.

Glyn Jowsey, Ai Group National Manager Support Services, explained, “Dialog’s tender response ticked all the right boxes for the Ai Group’s business requirements. Dialog demonstrated excellent team work between the Dynamics CRM and Dynamics ERP business units to present a professional united approach to solve our business pains. Dialog’s solution set includes Microsoft Dynamics NAV for core financials, Microsoft Dynamics CRM for relationship management, marketing and customer data management and Microsoft SharePoint for document management.
